Overview
Scrum Master with 5+ years of relevant experience leading Agile delivery. Coordinates end-to-end initiatives, facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, and ensures alignment across squads and stakeholders. Bridges business and IT, drives continuous improvement, and supports delivery governance. Familiar with Cards/Cash domains and Agile methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of features, opuses, or initiatives (including development follow-up, testing, release, and aftercare), e.g., via Scrum of Scrums.
- Facilitate cluster refinement and delivery boards; maintain the cluster delivery roadmap and ensure recurring alignment with architecture.
- Resolve cluster-level impediments.
- Report to relevant stakeholders on initiative and feature/opus delivery progress.
- Bring together relevant stakeholders and contributors, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Stimulate autonomy across roles (e.g., squad Scrum Masters), providing support where needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the cluster/tribe.

Act as a leader and, together with the Cluster Product Owner, serve as spokespersons for the cluster.
Must Have Skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or IT, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the cluster’s products and assets (Cards, Cash) to understand the context of each squad and provide effective support.
- Knowledge, expertise, or experience in card issuing and/or card payments is an added value.
- Ability to bridge business and IT, translating needs between both domains.
- Familiar with Agile teams and methodologies, including ways of working and delivery practices.

Ability to travel occasionally to Paris may be required.

English and active knowledge of at least one local language, with passive knowledge of the other.
Nice to have
- Knowledge, expertise, or experience in card issuing and/or card payments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a helicopter view of situations to identify and resolve current and future inter-tribe dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and teams effectively.
