CRM Business Analyst responsible for gathering and translating business needs into CRM solutions by leading workshops with stakeholders, defining user journeys, requirements, and scope. Own CRM vision, backlog, and roadmap. Ensure alignment with technical teams, manage RFI/RFP processes, and support CRM selection/implementation. Deliver structured analysis, ensure traceability, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
.NET Developer
Medior .NET Developer with 5+ years’ experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and APIs using C# and .NET Core. Works in Agile teams, contributing to architecture, code quality, CI/CD, testing, and production support (L2).
