Overview
We are seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft CRM Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions on PeopleSoft CRM 9.1/9.2 and PeopleTools 8.61. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, integrations, and security with strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative, Agile mindset
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft CRM 9.1/9.2 applications using PeopleTools 8.61
- Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and stored procedures
- Design and implement integrations using Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and File Layouts
- Develop business logic using Application Engine, PeopleCode, and PeopleSoft Framework utilities
- Implement and manage PeopleSoft security configurations and access controls
- Apply BORM (Business Object Relationship Model) concepts in solution design
- Perform advanced debugging and technical troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications
Must Have Skills
- Hands-on experience on PeopleSoft CRM 9.1 or 9.2, Knowledge on People tools 8.61
- Knowledge on Oracle PLSQL developer.
- Knowledge on Integration tools like Integration Broker/Component Interfaces/File Layouts and Application Packages.
- Strong Knowledge on Application Engine, PeopleCode, Framework and Utilities Concept in application.
- Strong Knowledge on Component Interface, File Layouts, P/S Query and PeopleSoft Security.
- Should have strong hold on BORM concept.
- Strong debugging and technical troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
- Additional knowledge on Java/Java scripts/HTML will be an advantage.
- Knowledge on PeopleSoft Administration will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Agile development and Agile practices is added advantage.
