Overview
IT Project Lead oversees end-to-end IT projects and change initiatives, coordinating multiple IT systems and managing dependencies. Acts as a bridge between Business and Development teams, ensuring clear understanding of business, functional, and technical requirements. Requires strong stakeholder management, Digital Banking experience, Agile proficiency, and knowledge of E2E IT architecture.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end IT projects and change initiatives.
- Facilitate the delivery of features across IT programs.
- Coordinate and connect multiple IT systems, identifying and managing dependencies within and outside the tribe/area.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and effectively engage with both business and IT teams.
- Act as a bridge between Business and Development teams, ensuring clear understanding of business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Understand overall IT architecture and link project changes to the end-to-end architecture.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in Digital Banking.
- Experience with Agile way of working.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT teams.
- Ability to bridge Business and Development teams by understanding business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Understanding of overall IT architecture and linking project changes to the end-to-end (E2E) architecture.

Fluent in English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
