Overview
DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design, deploy, and manage mission-critical applications and infrastructure in a dynamic enterprise IT environment. The ideal candidate is expert in Kubernetes and Terraform, understands Agile methodology, and follows customer-specific processes for projects, incidents, and change management.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate modifications across different infrastructure components and environments.
- Specify, design, test, and deploy runtime and rollback runbooks.
- Specify, design, and execute performance and acceptance testing, including high availability and disaster recovery tests.
- Ensure all application and/or infrastructure modifications comply with company security policies.
- Contribute to architecture design, environment setup, and lifecycle management.
- Configure and implement monitoring using tools and alerts.
- Ensure the squad actively contributes to service operations processes.
- Execute and follow up on ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases required for incident resolution of applications and/or infrastructure components.
- Identify and escalate potential impediments to project or operational success.
- Initiate and drive process improvements.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or related fields.
- Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Expert in Kubernetes implementation.
- Expert in Terraform usage.
- Experience in Agile environments and strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Ability to follow customer processes for projects, incidents, and change management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment; flexible, customer-oriented, and risk-aware.
- Ability to understand bank-related business processes and assess impacts on business.

- Fluent in French and/or Dutch.
