Overview
Business Analyst role focused on solution design support and business analysis using an Agile way of working. Responsibilities include defining target flows and data models, validating solution feasibility, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications (FR, HLSR, SBIA) while ensuring consistency across systems (e.g. CMD, eSubscription, Inquiry). Requires 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Agile Way of Working.
Job Responsibilities
- Solution design support
- Work closely with architects and designers too
- Define target flows and data models
- Validate solution feasibility and alignment with architecture
- Contribute to functional design decisions across domains (subscription, parties, business domain)
- Elicit, challenge, and document business requirements
Must Have Skills
- 8–10 years of experience Business Analysis
- Agile Way of Working
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (FR, HLSR, SBIA)
- Ensure consistency across systems (e.g. CMD, eSubscription, Inquiry)
