Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in analysing and documenting business, stakeholder, and solution requirements. Skilled in PL/SQL, data analysis, and translating requirements into test conditions. Acts as a liaison between business and technical teams, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing and documenting business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, build domain knowledge, and identify high-level requirements.
- Identify and define data requirements and use cases.
- Support the transition of requirements and use cases to design teams, ensuring clear and complete understanding.
- Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Manage requirements traceability to support impact and coverage analysis.
- Participate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes, and other deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Plan and execute the business analysis (BA) requirements management strategy across all project phases.
- Collaborate with internal and external development and delivery teams to support priorities and ensure successful solution delivery.
Must Have Skills
- At least 8 years experience.
