Overview
UKG Dimensions Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in workforce management solutions, particularly in UKG Pro Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in migrating legacy systems such as Infor Workbrain to the latest UKG platform, ensuring a smooth, efficient transition.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the migration process from legacy Infor Workbrain to the latest UKG Pro Workforce Management platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Design and tailor UKG software solutions, including modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, Dataview, reporting, and analytics, to align with the specific needs of clients.
- Actively contribute throughout all stages of UKG software deployment, encompassing development, testing, rollout, and post-launch support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, coordinating unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to verify that the solution performs according to client requirements.
- Deliver troubleshooting assistance during implementation and ongoing production use, resolving configuration challenges and supporting end users.
- Deliver detailed documentation such as specifications, workflow diagrams, and feature descriptions.
- Conduct training sessions and transfer knowledge to client teams to promote effective system utilization.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure successful project execution, proactively manage risks, and maintain clear communication regarding progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for process improvement initiatives within store operations, driving enhancements and efficiencies.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Proven experience with UKG software solutions, including modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, Dataview, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong ability to design and tailor workforce management systems to meet specific client requirements.
- Hands-on experience in the full software deployment lifecycle: development, testing, rollout, and post-launch support.
- Experience in migrating from legacy systems (e.g., Infor Workbrain) to modern platforms like UKG Pro Workforce Management.
- Solid understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ensure smooth system transitions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
