Responsibilities

  • Understand the business solution strategy, operate vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives.
  • Design and define the specific solution processes, business and functional requirements.
  • Review deliverables within the scope of the initiatives to meet the business imperatives.
  • Analyze problems, develop and propose solutions to more senior team members. 

Must Have

  • At least 6 years of experience.
  • Should be certified PEGA LSA.  
  • Experienced in using PEGA 8.43
  • Sound knowledge of BPM product Pega PRPC and development methodology.
  • Experience in defining Process flows, Screen Flows, Data model, Properties and Class structure in PEGA PRPC.
  • Experience in User Interface rules, Portals, Harness, Sections, Flow actions, Client side & Server-side Validation.
  • Experience in CI/CD implementation in PEGA7.
  • Good knowledge in creation of Activities, Declarative rules, Decision rules, Experience in RDB-methods & OBJ-methods.
  • Good understanding of web-technology applications leveraging Java/j2ee, Spring, Microservices (APIs), HTML.
  • Customer facing experience is a must.
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Work experience in banking domain.
  • Strong ability to work in an autonomous way.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
  • Good Agile experience and Analytical skills.
