Responsibilities

Understand the business solution strategy, operate vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives.
Design and define the specific solution processes, business and functional requirements.
Review deliverables within the scope of the initiatives to meet the business imperatives.
Analyze problems, develop and propose solutions to more senior team members.

Must Have

At least 6 years of experience.
Should be certified PEGA LSA.
Experienced in using PEGA 8.43
Sound knowledge of BPM product Pega PRPC and development methodology.
Experience in defining Process flows, Screen Flows, Data model, Properties and Class structure in PEGA PRPC.
Experience in User Interface rules, Portals, Harness, Sections, Flow actions, Client side & Server-side Validation.
Experience in CI/CD implementation in PEGA7.
Good knowledge in creation of Activities, Declarative rules, Decision rules, Experience in RDB-methods & OBJ-methods.
Good understanding of web-technology applications leveraging Java/j2ee, Spring, Microservices (APIs), HTML.
Customer facing experience is a must.
Good written and spoken knowledge of English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of ServiceNow.
Work experience in banking domain.
Strong ability to work in an autonomous way.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
Good Agile experience and Analytical skills.
