Overview
We are looking for an MES Application Tester (OpenText/ALM) to design, review, and execute test scripts for MES systems (OpCenter/XFP), manage test planning, and coordinate resources to ensure thorough functional and non-functional testing. You will support OpenText ALM usage, manage defects, and generate testing reports and KPIs, while advocating for quality throughout system implementation and defect resolution. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with proven expertise in OpenText ALM and OpCenter (XFP), along with hands-on experience in manual testing. Familiarity with MES systems and excellent communication skills are also required.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, review, and execute test scripts for MES (OpCenter/XFP).
- Manage testing planning and coordinate resources.
- Execute functional and non-functional testing.
- Generate testing reports and KPIs.
- Support OpenText ALM usage and defect management.
- Advocate for quality in system implementation and defect resolution.
Must Have Skills
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Experience with OpenText ALM (required).
- Experience with OpCenter (XFP).
- Experience in manual testing, both functional and non-functional.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ISTQB, TMAP, or GAMP methodologies.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (a strong plus).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
