Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Front-End Functional Analyst to design and implement solutions that align with business needs and architectural deliverables. In this role, you will propose client mockups, incorporate feedback, and ensure accurate workload estimation and resource planning. You will consider technical constraints to deliver stable, scalable, and high-performing solutions while collaborating with senior developers to translate functional designs into actionable technical specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Design solutions that align with business needs and architectural deliverables.
- Propose mockups to clients and incorporate their feedback.
- Estimate workload accurately and plan resources effectively.
- Consider technical constraints and deliver solutions that are stable, scalable, and high-performing.
- Collaborate with (senior) developers to translate functional designs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Coordinate solution development with developers and provide guidance throughout the development process.
- Communicate work progress and status to the Project Leader / Team Manager.
- Prepare and execute test cases to ensure the expected quality standards.
- Support the team during user acceptance testing.
- Organize and manage the “Go Live” process for applications.
- Ensure the long-term quality of the application domain by prioritizing stability, scalability, traceability, flexibility, maintainability, and performance.
Must Have Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, with proven experience in analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience with Object-Oriented principles.
- Degree in computer science is preferred.
- Ability to gather functional requirements and write functional designs.
- Ability to plan and organize functional workshops.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
- Skilled in UML.
- Understanding of technical front-end architecture and frameworks (.NET) is mandatory, with at least 5 years of experience.

Fluency in English is required, with good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience with MVC Design Pattern.
- At least 2 years of technical experience in .NET and web development.
- Proven experience in Front-End Analysis is preferred.
- Experience in Agile software development.
- Experience in Insurance and/or Financial companies.
- Autonomous and proactive.
