Overview
Experienced Test Lead responsible for managing and coordinating a small Agile testing team on complex, high-impact projects. Requires a minimum of 5 years as a Test Lead, 10 years in Agile/Scrum environments, and strong expertise in manual and automated testing for Java-based applications. Ensures compliance with cybersecurity principles, ICT standards, and quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, EN 50.128, and ISO 27001 – NIS. Key duties include maintaining detailed documentation, leading test processes, driving innovation in testing methodologies, and ensuring consistent quality assurance across all activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a small Agile testing team.
- Actively participate in manual and automated testing of Java-based projects.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity principles and ICT/company standards.
- Contribute to achieving business objectives with a strong user-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to align testing with functional needs.

Apply and ensure adherence to quality (ISO 9001), signalling (EN 50.128), and security (ISO 27001 - NIS) standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Drive innovation in testing methodologies and process improvement.
- Work proactively and autonomously on complex, high-impact projects.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, testers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure standardization and quality assurance across all testing activities.
Must Have Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as a Test Lead and in manual testing.
- At least 10 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong technical expertise with a minimum of 5 years of experience using Jira (including administration) and Xray.
- At least 5 years of experience with Ranorex automation tools.
- Experience with Ready-API or SOAP-UI (at least one project).
- ISTQB certification required.
- Knowledge of the EN 50.128 standard.
- Experience with TDD and penetration testing (at least one project).
- At least 2 years of experience in load testing (LoadRunner), performance testing, and HP-ALM / HP-UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
- At least 2 years of experience with MySQL, Git, and GitLab.
- Demonstrates clarity, efficiency, and structure in both oral and written communication.
- Shows responsibility, reliability, and commitment throughout the contract duration.
- Full professional proficiency in English with an advanced level in French and Dutch.
