Overview
Experienced Project Manager with 10+ years in IT and IT project management. Proven expertise in managing cloud migration projects, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of leading teams, managing risks, and ensuring project objectives are met.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the migration of applications from legacy systems to a cloud environment.
- Manage one or more migration releases, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Ensure each application migration adheres to the defined process, is completed on schedule, and remains within budget.
- Manage a large number of stakeholders and contributors across the organization to coordinate efforts effectively.
- Coordinate progress across involved teams, anticipate potential issues, and proactively propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the migration team to closely monitor application progress, align planning with tribes, and maintain delivery through regular follow-ups, status calls, and practical problem-solving.
- Ensure the availability of all deliverables while adhering to defined scope, quality standards, budgets, and deadlines as outlined in the Migration Roadmap.
- Oversee project objectives and requirements, manage associated risks, and apply gating principles at each project phase.
- Work proactively with cross-functional teams to drive progress, resolve obstacles, and ensure successful project delivery.

Contribute to the preparation of the Migration Board and share lessons learned with fellow project managers.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the business and all project stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Experience working in IT and in IT project management.
- Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to report effectively in a clear, concise manner while proactively collaborating with teams to drive progress and ensure delivery.
- Strong communication, networking, and influencing skills.

Proficient in English, with a sound knowledge required.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud technology and IT infrastructure is a plus.
