Overview
Process Engineer with 5+ years of experience, fluent in French, Dutch, and English, passionate about the investment world, and curious about process flows. The role involves collaborating with the Product Owner to define solutions, implement, and review business processes, owning end-to-end (E2E) processes from customer request to product/service delivery. The Process Engineer will ensure effective change management, design and improve the client journey, and work closely with the IT development team to provide accurate information for implementation. Responsibilities include actively participating in Agile ceremonies, leading process and product changes with 'Go-to-Market' colleagues, and gathering, analyzing, and challenging requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define solutions and implement or review business processes and flows.
- Own business processes end-to-end (E2E), from customer request to product/service delivery.
- Ensure effective change management throughout process updates.
- Design and continuously improve the client journey.
- Work closely with the IT development team to provide complete and accurate information for implementation.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Regularly report feature status at different levels within the Tribe.
- Lead process and product changes in coordination with 'Go-to-Market' colleagues.
- Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements from various internal and external stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Passionate about the investment world and curious about process flows.
- Able to understand and unify the different needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Works independently and proactively; has led several projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to structure and model.
- Efficient facilitator and communicator (oral and written).
- Customer-oriented and focused on meeting expectations.
- Team player, able to present analysis results at different management levels.

Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of the Agile working method is an additional asset.
- Strong ability to convince, influence, and negotiate.
