Overview

Change and Release Manager with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in business analysis and cross-functional requirements coordination. Owns project-level change and release activities, supports Agile teams, leads functional resources, and acts as gatekeeper for system installations and access.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own change and release management at the project level.
  • Support the Scrum Master in managing project teams.
  • Support and lead Functional Engineer(s).
  • Act as gatekeeper to greenlight installations to any system.
  • Perform capacity planning.
  • Provide metrics and status reporting.
  • Approve tool access for project resources.

Must Have Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong expertise in release and change management at project and program levels.
  • Solid background in business analysis and cross-functional requirements coordination.
  • Proven Agile specialisation, with experience working in Scrum-based environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities across technical and functional teams.
  • Experience in capacity planning, metrics tracking, and reporting.
  • High proficiency in documentation development. 

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with regulated environments, preferably Pharma. 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Result-oriented, structured, and organised.
