Overview
Business Project Manager with 5+ years of project management experience and a strong background in project and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in information security, preferably with expertise in information security governance. Familiarity with the financial services industry is highly preferred. Candidates with relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC and prior experience as a management or business consultant will have an advantage. The role requires strong analytical skills, including the ability to break down complex issues, apply deductive reasoning, and draw informed conclusions from various evidence and assumptions.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with the company’s subsidiaries to review the status of their Cyber Program and ensure it aligns with the company’s expectations and recommendations.
- Monitor progress against plans and schedules; assist in clarifying the underlying security requirements, exit criteria (i.e., when it is considered ‘done’), and expected evidence.
- Ensure stakeholder input is aggregated into a concise, high-quality final deliverable/report that can be shared with senior management and relevant key stakeholders.
- Assist in defining and formalizing the security services provided to other entities.
- Support the maintenance of the budgeting view (e.g., volume per service, unit price per service, consumption by entity, forecasts, etc.).
- Establish and maintain CISOaaS management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring activities are executed efficiently and with high quality.
- Ensure all participants uphold the team’s standards throughout each activity (e.g., security assessments, service definitions, and evidence of security measures in place).
- Good communication and interaction with middle and senior management levels across all functions.

Collaborate directly with the Head of Department to support and optimize the internal operations of the CISOaaS team.
Must Have Skills
- Master's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in information security (preferred).
- Experience in project and portfolio management is required.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is preferred.
- Experience in information security governance is preferred.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC) and familiarity with project management are desirable.
- Experience as management / business consultant.
- Ability to break-down complex issues into their key components.
- Ability to work autonomously with commitment and perseverance.
- Strong deductive reasoning.
- Ability to draw conclusions from a combination of evidence and assumptions.
- Familiar with financial services industry.
- Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French at a fluent level.
