Overview
Business Analyst with at least 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Cash Management and/or SWIFT, along with proven expertise in requirements management, incident communication, and workflow process optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements. You will play a critical role in communicating Cash Management incidents to client services and business units, ensuring transparency and responsiveness during both technical and functional crises.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
- Ensure timely communication of Cash Management (CMCC Business Incident Communication) incidents to client services and business units.
- Participate in various calls for technical and functional crises to ensure regular and comprehensible communication for the business.
- Responsible for producing a single, centralized, and business-oriented communication for the CMCC by sending alert emails and/or hosting conference calls in English and French.
- Ensure Problem Management activity for the Swift, Cash Management, and Payments perimeters, including organizing post-incident reviews with the Products, IT, and Production teams to determine root causes, identify problems, and define remedial action plans.
- Write the Business Incident Report for business lines and ensure the production and facilitation of monthly production quality monitoring committees for the SWIFT or FRB Payments scope.
- Serve as a guarantor of effective monitoring of all incidents and action plans aimed at improving production reliability.
- Participate in the development of KPIs to monitor the quality of all Cash Management production (across all entities) and the effectiveness of remediation plans.
- Participate in workshops as part of various ITG Cash Management reliability/remediation programs aimed at improving the resilience of IT assets and infrastructure.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community.
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Functional knowledge of Cash Management and/or SWIFT.
- Strong expertise in MS Office.
- Good understanding of IT and testing.
- Experience with requirements management.
- Good understanding of workflow processes.
- Ability to define relevant performance indicators.
- Ability to analyze and structure information.
- Ability to facilitate meetings.
- Ability to develop and adapt processes.
- Ability to synthesize and simplify information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
