Java Developer
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of API-enabled Domain Services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and Apache Kafka, with the ability to build, optimize, and scale robust backend services that align with key business objectives. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of one or more Domain Services, ensuring that each service effectively meets defined business goals. You will be responsible for developing RESTful APIs and SOAP services, implementing asynchronous integration patterns such as event-driven architecture and message queues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and scalable solutions.
Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach teams in self-organisation and Agile/Scrum practices, drive continuous improvement, remove obstacles, and ensure teams stay focused on their objectives. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of relevant experience,
in-depth knowledge of the Agile way of working, excellent understanding of Scrum principles and practices, experience in coaching teams in Agile/Scrum practices, and knowledge of feature planning and end-to-end feature delivery.
Process Engineer
Process Engineer with 5+ years of experience, fluent in French, Dutch, and English, passionate about the investment world, and curious about process flows. The role involves collaborating with the Product Owner to define solutions, implement, and review business processes, owning end-to-end (E2E) processes from customer request to product/service delivery. The Process Engineer will ensure effective change management, design and improve the client journey, and work closely with the IT development team to provide accurate information for implementation. Responsibilities include actively participating in Agile ceremonies, leading process and product changes with 'Go-to-Market' colleagues, and gathering, analyzing, and challenging requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Business Analyst
Business Analyst is responsible for providing functional support to clients, gathering and documenting business requirements, defining functional specifications, testing and validating new features, and managing key projects and initiatives within the financial markets environment. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively and perform reverse engineering. Excellent communication skills are essential.
PEGA Developer
PEGA Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience and a strong background in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions using the PEGA platform. Highly skilled in PEGA development, with deep expertise in REST integration, process flows, screen flows, data modeling, and core PEGA components including class structures, activities, declarative rules, and decision rules. Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments, with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
.NET Core Developer
Skilled and experienced .NET Core Developer with a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development and a solid understanding of cloud-based architecture, microservices, and containerisation with Docker. This role involves designing and developing robust REST APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality through effective testing strategies, and delivering solutions that meet client expectations on time and without defects. Experience with Azure, messaging systems like Kafka or MQTT, and Agile methodologies is essential. Familiarity with front-end technologies (React/Node.js), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and project management platforms (Jira) is a plus.
ASIC Frontend Design Engineer
Experienced ASIC Frontend Design Engineer with strong expertise in front-end web development and ASIC design, including Modeling, RTL design, and Implementation. The role involves leading the development and implementation of scalable, maintainable, secure, and testable software solutions using OutSystems, while collaborating closely with Designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
PL/SQL Developer
Experienced PL/SQL Developer with at least 8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years working with Oracle PL/SQL. The role involves contributing to the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the company’s core leasing system within agile squads.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL best practices such as bulk collect, exception handling, and writing reusable code. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that are maintainable, scalable, secure, testable, and well-documented. The role also includes application support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, particularly in developing custom CRM/ERP applications.
GIS Data Processing Specialist / FME Expert
Experienced GIS Data Processing Specialist / FME Expert skilled in automating complex geospatial workflows using FME. Proficient in ETL orchestration, automated quality control, and data publishing. Proven track record in public safety and critical infrastructure projects. FME Certified Professional certification mandatory.
Data Scientist (Dataiku)
Experienced Data Scientist with strong GenAI expertise and deep knowledge of Dataiku to join a transversal team focused on extracting business insights from customer interactions across various channels (calls, chats, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing conversational data, developing data-driven solutions in Dataiku, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, unstructured data, and data privacy compliance, along with strong communication skills and fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
